Iced Green Tea with Mint

Iced Green Tea with Mint

Simple things are often the best, and this is no exception. Even if you're not usually a Green Tea fan, don't give up on it until you've sampled an Iced Green Tea. With minty tones, and a squeeze of honey and lemon, this recipe is fantastically refreshing and the perfect accompaniment for a hot and lazy summer day (if you can remember what those are, of course).

  5. Remove the teabags and mint leaves and cool to room temperature.
  6. Transfer the tea to a pitcher and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until fully chilled
  7. Pour over ice and garnish with the lemon, if desired.
