Defective bags as well 🤦

I encountered a packaging problem with a tin I had purchased that I had a lot of empty bags.
I wrote and they were kind enough to replace the tea tin.... I am encountering a totally different problem with this whereas the bags are not sealed and all the tea is coming out into my cup.
I wrote an informed them of the problem with pictures and offered to return it but I've yet to hear anything a week later 🤔
